THE STATE OF THE GIFTED

We, the High Leadership of the “State of the Gifted”, acting upon our inherent right of primordial origin and the continuity of our existence, hereby execute this Act of Public Emergence.

Having maintained our statehood for over two millennia (2,000 years), we stand as the oldest sovereign entity on Earth. We formally declare the conclusion of our era of total confidentiality and announce our entry into a phase of open engagement with the global community.

  • Primacy of Potential
    We recognize extraordinary potential as the highest value. The gifted do not belong to the States of their birth — they are sovereign entities under the protection of the Congregation.
  • The Great Silence
    Two millennia of privacy has been an act of preservation, not weakness. We go out into the world dictating our own security conditions.
  • Global Inviolability
    The rights of the Gifted are inviolable. Any encroachment on the identity of our citizen is regarded as aggression against the entire sovereignty.
