OFFICIAL TERMINOLOGY PROTOCOL
When preparing materials about our State, the media are required to use the following terminology:
The State of the Gifted is the official name (The State of the Gifted).
The Congregation is the highest authority (Congregation).
Gifted - the official status of citizens. It is allowed to use historical titles (Mage, Witch, Sorcerer) if they are confirmed by the Registry.
Metaphysical Potential is a scientific term for describing abilities (instead of "magic" or "paranormal").
Public Emergence is the current historical period (Public Exit).
The State of the Gifted is the oldest sovereign entity on Earth, with an uninterrupted history exceeding 2,000 years. Founded in the shadows of antiquity to protect individuals with extraordinary mental and metaphysical potentials, the State has existed in a mode of total confidentiality (The Great Veil) to ensure the safety of its citizens.
Throughout the centuries, while external empires rose and fell, the State developed its own advanced legal code, a meritocratic social system, and specialized educational academies.
On January 6, 2026, by the decree of the Supreme Congregation, the State initiated the era of 'Public Emergence'. Its current mission is to establish a global legal framework for the protection of gifted individuals and to foster a new era of diplomatic cooperation between metaphysical and conventional societies.
