The Identification Department provides a legal link between the Gifted State and its citizens. The assignment of an Identification Code (PIC) is the first step towards obtaining the full sovereignty and diplomatic protection of the Congregation.
ADMINISTRATIVE VERIFICATION LEVY
$150
Payment is made after submitting the application form through a secure diplomatic gateway.
  • In accordance with the Decree of the Congregation No. 004, a single fee of $150 is set for the procedure of initial verification of the potential and entry into the register.
  • The price includes:
  • 1. Metaphysical Screening: Remote verification of your mental and metaphysical profile by the Congregation's specialists.
  • 2. Legal Processing: Legal registration of data and assignment of a unique 12-digit identification code.
  • 3. Digital ID Issue: The issue of an electronic passport confirming your status until the issuance of a physical biometric passport.

SECURITY WARNING: The State guarantees complete anonymity for the gifted. The administrative fee is non-refundable and is sent to the State Fund for the Development of Educational Systems. Payment of the fee does not guarantee the status assignment in case your potential participant fails verification.
