The ancient sovereignty
The State of the gifted is the first on planet Earth. Our history has more than 2000 years of continuous existence. While world borders were changing and empires were collapsing, we maintained our identity, legal continuity, and autonomy. We are the oldest state in the world, which is now being formed in order to take its rightful place in the global community.
The Gifted
The Gifted are a unique category of individuals possessing extraordinary mental, cognitive, and metaphysical potentials. This potential transcends standard human perception. Our members are united under the Congregation of the Gifted, the supreme representative body of our people.

    An independent legal framework that has regulated our internal affairs for centuries and now provides international legal protection for our citizens.

    An academy where the potential of the gifted is studied, improved and mastered using ancient and modern techniques.

    A meritocratic social structure designed to support every member of the Congregation, regardless of their location on the planet.
THE CONGREGATION OF THE GIFTED
The Congregation of the Gifted acts as the supreme collegiate body and the sole authorized representative organ of the State.

Acting under the mandate of our 2,000-year sovereignty, the Congregation is vested with the following powers:

1. Diplomatic Plenipotency:


The exclusive right to represent the State of the Gifted in international relations and intergovernmental dialogues.

2. Legislative Authority:


The enactment of internal codes, decrees, and the "Gifted Protocol" which governs our society.

3. Protection & Advocacy:


The mandate to serve as the legal and metaphysical guardian for every citizen of the State, ensuring their immunity and safety across all jurisdictions.

Members of the Congregation are recognized as High Envoys, holding diplomatic status and acting as the official voice of the Sovereignty in the public era.
